You’re stuck. You’re not seeing the results you want and need. You’ve been trying all the things. You’re burnt out. Social media isn’t working for you. You don’t want to have to chase all the trends. You just want something that is going to bring in the results – traffic, leads, sales, and money in the bank.
Welcome to the 40k Business Model.
This is your anti-chaos business framework that will help you achieve 40k revenue a year, moving slowly but surely to 40k revenue a month, in a way that you can manage and enjoy.
This business framework is your solution to never having to chase trends, never having to try and go viral, never having to feel you have to be anyone or anything but yourself, or have a long standing business that burns you out and lacks real results.
This business framework is how I’ve built a five figure business. It’s how ladies in my inner community are building five and six figure businesses. It’s how you can do so to.
The 40k Business Model framework is used by ladies in my inner community to strip back all of the noise, to get focused on revenue generating priorities, and get them out of social media hell.
This is the framework you can implement that you will be able to;
a. cope with,
and
b. use to get results that are currently missing in your business.
This framework is suitable for any type of business. Let’s dive in.

The Problem With Most Business Models Today
Most businesses these days are built around social media, with many business owners trying to use social platforms as a core part of their online business.
However, many people are really struggling to grow a profitable business, despite their heavy investment in social spaces.
At some point we often start to see that our too-heavy investment in social media might not be the best business sense for our success.
We can then become stuck wondering what or even whether there is an alternative.
There is. Phew! In this post I’ll share the alternatives that are going to bring you greater success.
In addition to the failure of social media to grow our businesses, many female entrepreneurs create random content that does not necessarily fit or meet the needs of their audience.
Their marketing strategy is off, which can cause a real disconnect between the business and the audience they wish to serve.
Additionally, inconsistent efforts can seriously impact growth, success and revenue streams to the business.
Inconsistent efforts can often happen when a business owner has been on the hamster wheel of content creation for some time, has failed to see any real results, and has started to lose motivation and momentum. We need to fix that, and we can do so.
A further problem with most businesses today, is failure to create effective ‘ecosystems’ within the business, and those poor or missing ecosystems do not create sufficient and workable journeys between traffic, leads and sales.
What a Proper Business Model Needs to Do
Your business needs the ability to drive organic traffic, and in sufficient quantities, and with the right traffic, so that that traffic can then be converted to leads and sales.
The 40k Business Model I share below will help you with this.
Your business needs to be able to capture leads in more than one space, and to be able to do so consistently, and with the help of automated software, making this process easier for both you and your audience.
The 40k Business Model I share below will help with this.
Your business needs to be able to convert both traffic and leads to sales, and this needs to happen quickly and seamlessly for your business and your audience. Having the right products to sell is key, but being able to present those products in a way that is meaningful to your audience is paramount.
The 40k Business Model I share below will help with this.
Introducing the 40k Business Model
I created the 40k Business Model because I saw so many ladies struggling to create a profitable business that made regular sales.
Those businesses were experiencing difficulties growing their customer base from the spaces they were investing too much time in, for too little return (mainly social media).
Let me just say here. Your business is not about competing on price, or cutting costs to try and stay alive, or taking huge strides on social media to the point of burnout.
Your business is about creating the right ecosystem, in a way that is manageable, that will slowly but surely consistently bring you the results you want and need (traffic, leads, sales, money in the bank).
Ladies in my inner community (40k Club), start to see those successes come faster because they implement and follow the 40k Business Model I teach, that is outlined below.
This is the ‘core’ 40k business model ecosystem I encourage you to have in place, that will help you get more traffic, more leads, more sales without being so heavily reliant on social for your results.
The Foundation Of The 40k Business Model Ecosystem
There are some core spaces that make up the 40k Business Model, and they are all intrinsic to your success, creating a manageable ecosystem that works. Here is that model:
– You should have a website or marketplace platform to sell your products and services. You don’t need both. Just choose one. Make a commitment to it.
– You should use Pinterest over any other space, as it will bring you more consistent organic traffic over the longer haul. Pinterest is the most powerful platform when you use some simple, repetitive and consistent strategy there. It will out perform your social spaces, period. You can easily get started on Pinterest with my Pinterest Masterclass (click here for details). The strategy I teach is the strategy ladies in my inner community use to get 1000s of organic outbound traffic from Pinterest each month.
– You should invest in one long-form content space. This is important, because you need a space where your content will retain life for longer. On social, content is there and gone in 24 hours. In a longer-form content space, your content will continue to perform over the duration. This space should be either a blog (on WordPress.org), or a podcast (I use Buzzsprout), or a YouTube channel. This long form content space should not be overlooked. At the time of writing this post, the marketing/content landscape is changing, and raw, unedited longer-form content is making a huge come back. People are becoming much more invested in it. Now is the time to take advantage of that.
– You should have an email list. Whether you want one or not. Your email list is integral to your business. You can convert sales 5x more effectively with your list. It doesn’t matter which mailing list provider you choose. But you should have a list, you should be growing that list, you should be selling to that list. This should be a priority in your business. Ignore at your cost. You will need one or more lead magnets of great value to entice people to join your list. A generic ‘join my newsletter’ subscription box on your website simply will not cut it any more.
– You should retain one or two social spaces. I’m not going to suggest you leave social, even though you might feel burnt out by the lack of success there. Socials can still be great places to get eyes on you, but with the 40k Business Model you don’t have to RELY so heavily on these spaces. In fact ladies in my inner community don’t have to rely heavily on social at all, once they’ve built and invested time in the other spaces I recommend here as part of your business model ecosystem.
– Manychat is key to your ability to automate the generation of leads and sales on social. It’s insanely powerful for your business. Not enough female business owners are making use of Manychat. You should whilst the opportunity exists to stand out with Manychat. I have a free training to help get you started using Manychat inside your Instagram DMs and inside FB messenger. You can use Manychat to easily get more leads, you can also use it right inside Insta and FB to make more sales. This makes it super simple for people to join your list and buy your products/services. You can get my free manychat training here.

Client Cases
Helen was stuck in her business. Not really making any progress. Not making sales. She implemented the 40k Business Model, and since that point she has absolute clarity about her ecosystem. Her Pinterest went from zero outbound clicks a month to 1000s of outbound clicks a month. She created a new product in line with her new ecosystem, and started to make consistent sales of that product. Her dead Facebook Group now attracts more and more new members every week, and is an active and engaged group. She’s becoming more and more in demand as a Needlefelter, and her business is growing faster than ever before.
Megan had just five hours a week to work in her business due to other commitments. She had fallen off the wagon because she felt she was not making any sort of progress in those five hours. She joined 40k Club, followed the 40k Business model, and now is back being consistent and seeing progress in her business for the first time in a long time.
Ela was not getting any traction at all in her business, despite posting consistently on social media for the longest of times. She implemented the 40k Business Model, joined 40k Club, and is now starting to get brilliant traction on Facebook, on Tik Tok, but more importantly through her blog, Pinterest and mailing list.
There are many more ladies in my inner community (40k Club) who are seeing wins and progress following the 40k Business Model.
It brings structure and results to your business in a way that is manageable, and does not rely so heavily on results from social media. This is why the 40k Business Model can work for you.

Conclusion
The 40k Business Model works. It is the business model I use in my own business. It is the business model ladies in my community are using to get them unstuck and fast forwards to success. Most importantly it’s a business model that does not rely so heavily on social media. Test it yourself. Stay with the business model consistently and let me know how it works for you!
