Unstoppable And Unshakeable In Business

Yep, your next level of business requires a new version of you.

TAKING YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL OF SUCCESS
“What got you here won’t get you there.”
I know you’ve heard that before.
But let’s really sit with that phrase for a second.
The habits, the mindset, the work ethic that got you to this point in your business – whether that’s £1k months, £5k months, or even £10k months – those habits, that mindset, that work ethic won’t be enough to get you to consistent 40k months (my goal is to get you to 40k months consistently).
And listen. Don’t for one minute believe that you are not capable of scaling. You are.
But the version of you that has got you to this place right now, is not the version of you that is going to get you to the next level of success.
That version of you that achieves a whole new level in your business, that copes with the daily demands of growth in your business, is someone who operates differently.
Think of it like an athlete, and their journey toward success.
A beginner runner doesn’t train the same way an Olympic sprinter does. They don’t eat the same. They don’t think the same. They don’t have the same routines.
It’s the same in business. Those who are right now sitting at 1k months or below, are very different operators than those who are bringing in 40k revenue a month (and above) consistently.
The question becomes – are you willing to step up into the person you need to become, who is someone that can handle the business challenges, the difficult times, and daily business life that leads to those incredible 40k months?
Because your future success all starts with you, your commitment, your discipline, who you are willing to become to reach greater goals in your business.
THE THREE CHANGES YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE
1️⃣ Your Priorities Need an Upgrade
- Right now, it is likely you are spending too much time on low-impact tasks. I see this all the time with ladies who sign up to my bespoke 40k plans. I do deep reviews of their entire business and strategy, and it’s very common to see their focus in the wrong places. Often those places are their comfort zones.
- The next-level version of you isn’t spending hours tweaking a website or scrolling social media “for research.” She’s working on the tasks that matter – generating traffic, converting traffic to leads, converting traffic to sales and revenue in the bank. She’s serving her audience in a way that makes that audience feel someone finally gets them, and she’s building long term assets that will work for her business well into the future.
- If I looked at your to-do list right now, would it reflect your big goals? Or would I see a whole lot of working on unimportant tasks that fill time, make you feel productive, but don’t get results? Consider this – what needs to change with your priorities? However difficult those changes might be – what needs to change?
2️⃣ Your Mindset Has to Shift
- You have to stop waiting for the perfect moment, for permission, or for someone to show up and make this journey easy for you. The perfect moment will never arrive. Nobody is coming to anoint you as “ready”, and even the best trainings and the best coaches are only ever going to be able to support you, rather than do the work for you.
- If you are struggling with Imposter syndrome. Cool. That’s a great sign. It often happens when you start stepping into a bigger role. Instead of seeing this as a reason to hold back, see it as proof you’re growing.
- You have to stop telling yourself you’re not ready, or that it won’t work, or that it costs too much, or is too big a leap. You must develop an empowering mindset in your business every single day, and become much more comfortable with risk as you start to scale, because this will be imperative to your future success.
- The version of you at 40k revenue months isn’t doubting her prices, her expertise, or her ability. She’s showing up and owning her space as a regular daily practice, sharing her knowledge and expertise in a way that she 100% believes in. Start acting like her NOW.
3️⃣ Your Commitment Needs to Be Unshakable
- When you don’t see results right away, do you retreat? Or do you push forward? Many female small business owners remain in their comfort zone, perhaps trying something that is an easy test, and, if that test fails, they run straight back to that comfort zone. But real business growth requires an unshakeable attitude to keep showing up and pushing on, despite any of the challenges, to get to the next level of success. Comfort zones do not create a winning business.
- Your next level, and the road to business success, requires resilience. The ability to stay in the game when things get hard, and keep showing up when the results aren’t there, and having the faith that if you keep going for long enough, you will figure this out, and your audience will start to show up.
- Ask yourself: Am I operating with the discipline of someone who’s already at 40k months? Or am I still playing small? If you’re still playing small, you need a shift. Playing small will never build a sustainable business that brings you exceptional rewards.
MY OWN LEVEL-UP MOMENT
I remember when I was stuck at a certain income level, and I was doing all the things I thought I should be doing. But when I really looked at my actions, I realised – I was playing small.
I was avoiding sales calls. In fact I was avoiding selling all together. I was second-guessing my prices, my products, my strategy, my content, my marketing.
I was saying I wanted a big business, but my actions didn’t match that desire.
So I made a shift. I determined that if I wanted an unstoppable business. That success had to start with me.
So I started to act like the 40k revenue version of me before I was anywhere near making 40k revenue.
I started making bolder decisions. I showed up with a different energy. And guess what? The results followed.
If you’re waiting for success to show up before you start acting like the successful version of you, you’ve got it backwards.
You must go first. The results come after.
ACTION STEPS: WHAT TO DO NEXT
- Write down ONE mindset habit you need to drop and ONE mindset habit you need to add to step into your next-level self. This could be letting go of the negative self-talk, and instead starting each day with positive affirmations about yourself (I am a 40k a month revenue business owner, I am the best version of myself in business every day, I am owning risk, I am stepping in to the version of myself that is a five figure a month business owner).
- Ask yourself: If I was already at 40k months, how would I handle today? What would I do differently? Brainstorm this. Write everything down. Read that information every single day to cement it in your mind and soul. And then show up and be that person.
- Decide that you’re ready now. Not later. Not when things feel perfect. Now. Decide that you will push forwards through the tough times, and you will hold yourself to a standard you have never held yourself to before. Now is the perfect opportunity to do that. Not tomorrow. Not next week, next month, next year when you think the timing will be better. Now.
CONCLUSION
You don’t need to wait to feel ready. You don’t need permission. Your next level of business is waiting – but you have to step up and step into it first. Be the person who is already running a successful 40k revenue a month business. And watch as the results start to follow.
Turn your setbacks into opportunities. Keep the fear and doubt buried. Become the most ambitious entrepreneur you have ever been. Develop a relentless mindset. And allow the new version of you to guide you to success.
